anyone care to explain?
n i realise that official emails always put 1 sentence/point in 1 paragraph.

Which unit were u in b4 u ORD? You can call back n ask why you ORD so long already still dun have ICT.

Anyway, friend oso suggested likewise, but i was thinking: Better not la. Now no unit better, dun hafta worry about recalls during uni. Heard enough horror stories of having to go back to camp days before tests/exams with fieldpack n no.4 just to tell them that you have exams, you are studying and thus you can't attend the ICT.
Nvm la. Will get the $$$ in future

Or say u are in NUS, ask them post u to IHL (Institute of Higher Learning) List. Inside this list, need to take IPPT but dun have ICT

Only certain units have, like 2PDF. Sometimes the ppl nv do work one, so if you go inform them, then they will post you there. IHL list is the best, even if fail IPPT also dun have RT, but for 4 years at most (as in inside the list).
