Job offer

I'm currently working at NUS Development Office and placed in charge of a project to update the entire database. Basically, the manager has hired some gonefucked people and put me in charge of them, training and supervising them. But based on their progress and attitude, I have concluded that its impossible to finish the project with those people.. So i decide to do something radical.. Currently I'm trying to form a new team composed solely of 4O people and propose it to the associate director..

I will need around 7 to 8 person to assist me in updating the database.. It's actually a very simple job and we will be working off-office in a bungalow along Prince George Park (PGP) NUS, with only me (most of the time) and perhaps another staff (only some of e time) to supervise all of you..

Basically I have a free reign of how the project is supposed to be run in terms of work schedule and supervision of u all.. The pay is $6/hr as of now, but I can negotiate for you all to get higher pay since I know u all can definitely do much better then the current people..

The budget for e entire project is approximately 6K, so if 7/8 of u can join in, then each of you will get around $800 at the end of it.. Official working hours are 8.30 to 6pm, but with me in charge, i'm flexible with that.. If u all put in some effort, I'm confident that the project can be completed in 10 working days, which means around $80 per day..

There are around 19,000 more records to be updated. Based on my normal speed, I can update at least 300 records per day.. I'm sure with ur typing n clicking skill, u will be able to match my speed or even outdo me..
