This was supposed to be a comment. But i typed so much, think its very lang-fei if its just a comment. haha.
There's no ultimate right or wrong. Nor is there a perfect man who should be a model to us all. Yep we live out our lives, we owe ourselves an explanation, and no one else. Maybe what smk had touched some sensitive nerves in some of you, but hey, must u strike him back in reply? None of these are intentional, and the last thing friends shld do is to "whack" friends.
I duno about those who posted the fiery replies, but if i were smk, i'll be kinda fed-up on being challenged on my opinion, made to look like i'm wrong. I mean, we studied sociology rite? We mustn't force our opinion upon others. There's no ultimate truth, but there sure is friendship.
To me, friendship is like bg relationship: cannot take for granted. Its fate we met in sec 1, for better or for worse. n we've spent so much time together. u dun luv me, but i sure do luv u all. so if i ever cheebye towards u all, tell me, i'll apologise.
Dun liddat lei, wait next time smk dun post le then how. Wun know the progress of his female friend. (=
I've always told others tt i'm a mugger-wannabe. Cuz i think mugging is quite cool. Indeed, muggers r scary. N for those who actually mug their whole lives, i won't say i despise them cuz to them, its the right path to take. Telling them that hey, dun mug so hard! is like telling me hey, dun jump so much la! But i'll still jump cuz i think its the right thing for me. Different ppl, different lives. Learn to appreciate the variety of lives others lead. N do share your own snippet of life. Tt'll make my life more interesting, at least.
Pls keep posting! But no egno-centrism! (or wateva. 1 of the few terms i somewhat remember) N friends dun bash friends. They advise them in the most effective manner. No bad feelings. (dun be like new paper article, friend end up stabbing friend. tmd) N friends should trust friends. (i haven't been trusting my own friends enough with my dark secrets.. still trying)
so there. next time if i also helping zarbor friend i'll post it here(or maybe not, my scandals nobody interested 1 haha), for occ's sake. occ dun homesick ok! (=

hmm come to think of it, maybe twc is trying to chi4 ji1 smk into working harder. If tts the case then i'm sorry, i misunderstood your intentions and its method, i apologise and i hope smk is now too busy mugging to read this.
n a side note: sometimes life isn't fair. u work hard n others slack, yet they get a better outcome than u. Life's like that. But if u dun work hard, u'll be even more worse off. (unless u're the ultimate carefree sort) So hey, lan-lan suck thumb work hard ba!
N i believe networking helps u in ur future standing in society. Just think about it: there's just so much u can do as an individual. But with 100 helping hands, u'll probably complete a job faster, and better too. Now tts scary. Imagine: u duno how to do something. nvm, u ring up smart friend 1 for solution to qns 1, then sf2 for qns 2, sf3 for.. n u ultimately get full-marks. Society rewards u for the end product, and for being effective in finding a solution. But of cuz, u shld thank ur smart friends.
As what hall people say to those who hide in their rooms: "Oei! Dun Phantom Lei!" There isn't enough time to make new friends. U never know when u'll need their expertise.

i sound like i'm whacking pp meh? shucks, that shows that my writing really sucks. Sorry.
N one thing i disagree: some things are just right or wrong. people are entitled to their own opinions i agree, but if they think murder is right then obviously theres something we must do about it. Though i admit i'm kind of forcing my own opinion on others as well. yay.

anyway just to add onto the murder thingy: murder is wrong cuz we deprive others of their rights to living. but in a way, its so because there's a focus on equality of human, no? why not ban murder of animals as well rite. yeah its a current society trend, anyone who commits murder is deviant. (but then again why do u murder murderers hmm.) maybe 50 yrs frm now, murder will be a norm, who noes. i hope it'll never be liddat though. siao.
n yeah u shld defend urself if others' beliefs are gonna affect u in a detrimental way. cannot be let them eat u oso ma~

What's the problem with studying, I mean to get better grades you don't study then how? If you just anyhow get a lousy degree then next time cannot find a job then your parents how? They pay 40k at least for your education and provide for you 20+ years and in the end you can't do the same for them then how?
