A Maths Question

If audience vote is 70% and judges score is 30%, and weilian scored 11% more from the judges, how many percent more votes than derrick would weilian need to get in?

well i never really understood the 70% part. so out of the 3 guys, the guy with the most number of votes gets 70% while the rest will get a certain percentage based on his votes?

Or is it the total number of votes by everyone to be 70%, and the 3 guys will get a percentage score based on how much of the pie they got?

Someone shld demand transparency of votes. maybe the head of P.S is getting a 12mth bonus pay out of this. And at the same time, ask the @##@!%@$%@ fans of the idol-wannabes to wake up their ideas and realise that they're donating to rich people with all the money they're spending on voting. How silly.

Yah, that makes more sense.

So a few pts. diff in judges score will mean a few percentage points of the total vote pool. i.e. judges score become more significant if the vote pool is damn large.

But earlier on when there were hell-loads of contestents, a top-scorer William Tanato was kicked out. There were 6 ppl per night that time. So it means he got Really Really very few votes?

I think top scorer gets 70%, the rest gets a percentage of it.
