It is advisable that you read just 5 modules (20 MC) in your first semester. You can read 6 modules (24 MC) in the next semester if you find that you can manage the workload.
All the modules read will be factored into your CAP, you do not want your CAP to fall below 2.0 in your first semester. If you do, you will be placed on either probation or warning. It will be difficult trying to pull it up to a CAP of 2.0 again.

if i put my A Level results will they accept?

No reason. The appeal is just for them to know that u want to accelerate. Then they auto look your a-level result.
